My experience was simply fantastic as I found the spa facilities exceptional and appreciated the nearby Botanik Park, which was only a short 10-minute stroll from the hotel, perfect for enjoying the greenery and views of the city. I also loved that the staff were incredibly attentive to my needs, recommending wonderful local restaurants to explore, especially the delicious Japanese cuisine at Maromi right nearby.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the welcoming ambiance and the impressive wellness facilities. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a lovely view from the outdoor patio. The staff made me feel special, even offering personalized recommendations for my sightseeing adventures.

Unfortunately, I did encounter some hiccups during my stay. While my room was spacious and beautifully furnished, the air conditioning struggled, making for some warm nights. Additionally, internet connectivity was spotty, which impeded my work-related tasks.

The air conditioning is problematic!!! Rooms feel dated, necessitating urgent renovations!!! Expect slow service at peak times and language barriers with staff complicating requests!!!

The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, especially when they organized special meals for my sick child.

The hotel is a hidden gem! This clean, spacious retreat provides exceptional service, especially from Mr Ilker. The Turkish Hamam was a highlight of my stay, perfect for relaxation.

It was just a fitting option for a brief pause in Ankara with outstanding value. The reception staff were very polite and helped us with our requests efficiently. Plan to dine outside as the room service menu is limited.

All the facilities were excellent and they had this underground pool, perfect to unwind after a long day with the kids. The staff was friendly, helping us with everything and making sure we had everything we needed.
